REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING TRADEMARK APPLICATIONS IN RUSSIA

Please ensure that your complete order includes
1) information identifying Applicant's name and address;
2) 10 quality prints of a mark (except for marks in plain block letters), size not exceeding 8 x 8 cm; or 10 colour prints if the mark is to be filed in colour;
3) list of goods/services, preferably grouped according to the Nice Classification;
4) priority information where convention priority is to be claimed (may be submitted within two months from a filing date)
5) Power of Attorney signed by the Applicant (may be submitted within two months from a filing date);
6) certified copy of a priority application (may be submitted within three months from a filing date)
