Natalia V. Belozerova
Brief biography
Natalia V. Belozerova graduated from St. Petersburg Academy of Information Technologies with a master's degree in 1998, received her degree of a patent agent from the Russian Intellectual Property Institute in 1998, and was admitted to practice before the Russian PTO as a registered Trademark Attorney in 1998.
Ms. Belozerova previously practiced in e-business advising companies, public entities and associations on Internet strategies and the acquisition, negotiation and implementation of information technology, including Internet service provider agreements and web development.
Prior to joining ARS-Patent as an associate in 2000, Ms. Belozerova held several paralegal and administrative positions in St. Petersburg law firms for more than eight years, and served as a technical examiner for the St. Petersburg branch of the Russian PTO where she advised applicants of PTO rules, procedures and deficiencies in trademark applications.
Her current practice encompasses all areas of information technology with a substantial amount of time focused on drafting and negotiating software licenses for a variety of technology and general business clients. Besides, she is engaged in searching and clearing trademarks, preparing various intellectual-related agreements, including license agreements and co-existence agreements.
