Olga M. Raevskaya

Brief biography
Olga M. Raevskaya graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute where she obtained the degree of M.Sc. (mechanical engineering), of Russian Institute of Intellectual Property (degree of patent agent), and was admitted as a registered patent attorney to practice before the Russian Patent Office.

Before joining the “ARS-Patent” during 15 years of employment at the Russian Patent and Trademark Office, Ms. Raevskaya was promoted to the position of Leading Expert of the International Relations Department of the Russian PTO, contributing a lot to the development of national IP laws.
Ms. Raevskaya is the Head of Moscow office of “ARS-Patent”. She practices in the field of patent and trademark matters generally, dealing with patent and design applications received from domestic clientele, with a special emphasis on patent searches, IP valuation work, the drafting of technology-related IP agreements, and licensing.
