German L. Eskin

Brief biography
German L. Eskin graduated from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University with a M.Sc. in electrical engineering, and from St. Petersburg State Technical University as a system programmer.

Mr. Eskin has extensive experience in the handling of patent applications directed to a variety of computer innovations. His areas of expertise include telecommunications, electronics, computers, printers and various display devices.
