Brief biography
Anna M. Mamaeva received her B.Sc. in computer engineering from the Saint-Petersburg State University, where she further completed the courses of business administration.

At ARS-Patent Ms. Mamaeva monitors annuity payments, both patent and trademark, handles associated reminders and reports, and other routine office matters, all through the computer software developed and being continuously adapted to specific needs of IP agency.
