Ljubov B. Smirnova is educated and experienced in mechanics, holding a M.Sc from St. Petersburg State Technical University and a degree of patent agent from the Russian Intellectual Property Institute.

Ms. Smirnova acts for well-established clients whose businesses include machine building, concentrating her practice on analysis and prosecution of issues involving automotive steering, suspension, engine design and related matters. She successfully licenses technologies to Russian and foreign companies, and enjoys the challenge of understanding new technologies and assisting clients by developing the broadest possible protection for inventions.
