Filing Requirements for Patent Applications in Russia

Filing National Patent Applications in Russia
Please ensure that your complete order includes the following:
1) Information identifying the Applicant's name and address;
2) Information identifying the Inventor(s)' name(s) and address(es);
3) Priority information, specifically on where the conventional priority is to be claimed (may be submitted within two months from the filing date);
4) The description, claims, drawings (if any) and abstract;
5) A Power of Attorney signed by the Applicant (may be submitted within two months from the filing date);
6) Certified copy of the priority application (may be submitted within three months from the filing date).
URGENT FILING (to obtain a filing date)
Please ensure that your order includes information and items given above in 1, 2, and 4.
Commencing Russian National Phase for PCT Applications
Please ensure that your complete order includes the following:
1) Information identifying the Applicant(s)' current name(s) and address(es);
2.1) If entering under Chapter I of PCT*: a copy of international publication including the description, claims, drawings (if any), abstract, as well as the International Search Report;
2.2) If entering under Chapter II of PCT**: The same items as in 2.1 as well as the International Preliminary Examination Report.
3) A Power of Attorney signed by the Applicant (may be submitted within two months from the filing date)

1) A copy of the front page of the international publication;
2) Information identifying the Applicant(s)' current name(s) and address(es)
